Can you provide some references for some of your current and past customers?
Yes. We'd be more than happy to do that. Please check out of List of Clients first.
How long have you been in business?
We have been working with Yahoo Stores since 1997. We have the experience in building and maintaining several successful Yahoo stores.
Do you offer a trial period before signing a contract?
Yes, we offer one-month trial with full payment for one-months price. Once a long-term contract is signed, we'll refund any price difference for that month.
How can you possibly offer such a low-cost solution?
We source out the repetitive web maintenance and routine work overseas. The time difference enables our workers to work on your web site at your night time with a much lower labor cost. Yet, our web maintenance crew are highly trained and experienced in Yahoo stores.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. For one-time payment we accept company checks once approved. We do not accept personal checks. For repeated payments such as monthly payments, we prefer credit card.
Do you work with non-English web sites?
Currently no. However, we can work on websites with other languages with a special arrangement, which will take longer initially to set up.
Do you work with non-Yahoo stores?
Yes. However, it will take us longer to get trained and familiarized with your system. We are familiar with all major databases.
Do you work with websites in other countries such as Canada, England, and Australia?
Yes.
